| Summary | I have developed good designs for solar food drying where the temperature of the food being dried is passively regulated to fall in the range of 60<65C. We expect to do a project where we can confirm the economic viability of the approach. |

| We have tested solar food dryers which maintain the proper temperature for drying the food. However we have not yet set up a full economic test to see how the economics work out in practice. We have an opportunity to do this if we can work out the legal basis here in Cyprus. Our climate is very good and the project can work both summer and winter, sunshine permitting. The dryers work well in all seasons. We will keep you posted. | |||||
