Solar Food Processing and Conservation intends to establish a global network of interested parties (NGO’s, politicians, farmers, and experts), that will aim to gather, further develop and promote efficient methods of solar food processing and conservation. For more information see here.
Solar Food Processing and Conservation is a project co-ordinated by the International Solar Energy Society (ISES). The project is financially supported by WISIONS (http://www.wisions.net), an initiative of the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, organised with the support of the Swiss-based foundation ProEvolution, to foster practical sustainable energy projects.
